Every visit begins with a temperament and history inquiry so the groomer can understand coat condition, sensitivities, and the level of handling your pet is comfortable with. This helps shape a realistic plan before any grooming starts.

For puppies, the first grooming visit is an introductory session designed to build familiarity with the studio, sounds, tools, and handling steps. It is a short comfort-led appointment, not a promise of a full haircut or every grooming stage in one visit.

If your pet needs extra time, the session can be paused, shortened, or adjusted to protect welfare. When coat condition or stress levels make a requested finish impractical, a shorter and safer result may be recommended.

At handover, you receive a clear written summary of what was completed, which areas needed extra attention, and simple coat care suggestions for the time between visits. For many pets, a staged grooming plan works well over several appointments.
